Round 2 of Cytotec

I had a mmc diagnosed at 11 on 2/17, a D and C on 2/18. Continued bleeding for more than two weeks post op, come to find out I have a blood clot the size of a golf ball stuck in my uterus. I did one round of Cytotec over the weekend that was unsuccessful and now I have to do a second round of it and if this doesn't work a repeat D and C. I feel like I've emotionally accepted that we've lost our baby but I can't physically get over it yet because of all this.
