boyfriends really possessive and jealous!

My boyfriend is literally getting on my nerves now he's on holiday so he's texting me and face timing me a lot, but constantly he's like what are you doing why do you take so long to reply for? And he keeps on asking and asking then he woke up this morning texted me like I had a bad dream about you and making me feel bad!? Like it's not my fault so he's being off with me , then the next minute I get a text like 'I'm so pissed off why would you speak to that boy in Tesco the other day' an old teaching assistant years ago, he was only asking what I was doing now and how it was going. My boyfriend was in the toilets then came out and saw I was just having a normal conversation with him. And he's bringing it all up now?! Yeah I get really really jealous, but not as bad as him!!! It's doing my head in!
