What makes you confident?

I'm not a very confident person when it comes to being infront of a crowd. I have exams coming up and in the exam hall I can't walk in confidently without being anxious about what others think of me ? Do you have any tips that could help me ?

Self help confidence books are really underrated. Staring at yourself in the mirror. Talking to yourself and telling yourself you're pretty all the time. And realizing that you spent most of your life hating/nitpicking yourself is unproductive.

Do something special for you. Wear something you love and you know you look good in. I started wearing sexy underwear. That's always a great one. No one knows but me and I feel great in them.

It's the little things that can give you a bit of a boost like fixing your hair, putting on bright lipstick.

But out of everything, just know, no matter what, you're awesome and you've got this!

Honey people do NOT think about you or judge you as much as you think they do! If someone looks at you, I'm sure they are just seeing if they recognize you or they think you're pretty. No need to worry or even waste your time being concerned about others.
