I've heard of clomid then gonal but not both together. I've been told to take clomid cd 2 100mg and gonal f 75 scan cd9-10. That dose sounds very high. Also I've been told not to bother getting baseline scan? 

I'm having tx abroad ( Czech Republic)

and my scans which are private cost a whopping £150 each! So if I need 1 less scan thats great, however, bcoz i have v v heavy periods I'm worried my lining will be too thick on cd2 . All previous cycles and tx I've had in uk , I've had cd 2 scan and always my lining is 9 or 10 mm thick! My lining hoes down at cd4-5. Ive explained this to the clinic in Czech Republic and was told it doesn't matter? I sort of got the feeling she didn't understand my question very well as their english isn't brilliant.  Any advice will be much appreciated. Im due to start in next couple of days!
