pelvic sore??

Hi everyone I'm 17 weeks and 3 days and I've had a very sore pelvic area since this morning? Anyone else having this? I'm scared and worried this is bad

I've had this too at 19weeks. I often got it from sitting too long. Laying down always relieves the soreness and then it eventually goes away. Hope this helps!

I had this pretty bad at 15-17 weeks... especially when sleeping and switching positions, getting out of bed, out of the car...etc.. Best thing to do is try to stretch the area and rest. It's all ligament pain.
