HOW DO I ANNOUNCE TO FAMILY?

I'm nearly 20 Weeks, I've still not told any of my family 🙈! Im way to scared to tell my mum even though I already have a 2 year old, haha! 
Just found out today I'm having a little girl 🎀😍! I'm so happy and I need to burst with excitement but I can't as people don't know a part from my best friend & the dad & he's too scared to tell he's mum too! We're both 24 this year 😂🙈! Any tips on how to break the news?

I waited until 18 weeks with my first and told my mom through a text message🙊 dont do that! 😂 
Just come out with it. the longer you wait the worse it will be. Send your other child over there with a big sibling shirt!

Wow 20 weeks and no one knows that's one hell of a secret😅 we had our son in a shirt that said promoted to big brother and took his jacket off and let him walk around when family came over🤗

I think how you tell her depends on why you're afraid to tell her. If you're afraid she'll be rude and judgmental, don't do a text; you don't need to see those hurtful words. Tell her in a form where you can walk away or hang up if she starts being hurtful. If you're afraid that she'll be too gushy and want to take over the situation, then a text might be better so you can ignore her til she's done typing. Again, it all depends on the reason why you don't want to tell her.
