Boyfriend's Friend Hurt Me...

I'm not sure what to do in this situation... my boyfriend has a friend who is a complete asshole. Let's call him Bob. Bob always wants my boyfriend to go out drinking at bars and stuff because he wants to meet ladies but Bob also has a girlfriend! Bob felt the need to lash out at me because I told my boyfriend no, you're not going out with Bob. I was called names and told that my boyfriend is whipped by me and a bunch of other foul things. My boyfriend talked to him and said if Bob did it again he would end their friendship. Needless to say, Bob did it again. Bob contacted me looking for my boyfriend and started to say mean and harsh things to me. I told my boyfriend Bob contacted me and he talked to Bob about the situation. Bob lied to my boyfriend and said I contacted Bob, and tried to make me look like a liar to my own boyfriend. This caused a number of relationship issues and my boyfriend is still not getting rid of this so called friend. I'm sick of putting up with it and I'm on the verge of ending our 2 year relationship because I'm fed up with his friend treating me like shit because Bob is jealous. What do I do? 😔
