38 Trying for 1st :) Letrozole

Hello all! Im 38 and started taking Letrozole 5mg today. I dont ovulate without help. PCOS 😥 We are trying for our 1st. Anyone out there going through the same thing? Anyone around my age ttc? Any advice or info is appreciated! Or a buddy 😉 This is my third round trying. I hate those BFN's!!
