I'm not saying what happened to me will happen to you but those evil internet cheapies have given me several false positives. My lines looked exactly like yours. I took a frer and it was a clear negative 😢 
Next day af arrived. All I'm saying is be careful and do a frer which will be more accurate. Btw, this happened to me several times, it was cruel and heartbreaking.

Looks positive to me. I always keep an expensive test on hand for times like these. Cheapie first then "real" test if you get a faint line. Lol
