sex on gel/memory foam beds

Good lord someone help me 😩. I cannot ride on top on his memory foam bed. I end up doing this weird ~dog scooting on its butt~ movement a few times before I suddenly get exhausted. On my typical spring bed, it's fine. What is the trick to being on top--on top of memory foam??? Or any other fun incorporations you might know with a bed made of quicksand
