Are you ladies and partners planning on circumcising your baby boy?

I told my husband that it was his decision if we were going to circumsize the boy (if we have one, we find out next week) because I don't have a penis so I feel like I can't make that decision. He said he wants his son circumsized.

Looks like we're having a girl, but no, we wouldn't if we were to have a boy. We do not believe it's necessary.

My parents decided not to have my brothers circumcised and while I haven't talked to the boys in THAT much detail about it, they seem pretty happy to be intact ;) I live in France now, where it's very rare to be circumcised (boyfriend isn't and has never had any issues), so we definitely wouldn't circumcise ours if we had a boy.

Nope, neither of us adheres to the elective practice of it - we'd only do so if it was a medical necessity.

My boy had it done he is 8 this year. I did struggle with it though. I didnt want it done but his dad reassured me of its benefits. And im glad we did

I left it up to my husband, because I don't have a penis. But yes we are going to. The doctor actually told us that there's a lot of health benefits from doing it. Helps prevent infections & stds. But he also said that whichever way people go usually depends on the culture &/or if the father had it done.
