Its normal you might have a couple of ingrown hairs to dig out. But you aren't infected with something lol its just razor bumps

Coconut oil helps for sure looks like razor burn to me. Make sure yours using a clean sharp razor and try not to go over the same spot more then once and that should help reduce getting it next time

I pat on pure witch hazel, let it dry and then do it again. Adding pure aloe at the end. Let it dry, maybe wear light clothing and no panties for a while to help avoid extra irritation
