I use to have a lot of breast milk but now they are decreasing and I don't know why? I exclusively breastfeed and pump too so I don't understand what is going on? Anyone else like this?

Mine has dipped a but also. I've had to start using some of the freezer stash to keep up and she still nurses every 2 to 3 hours over a 24 hour period. Turns out I just wasn't drinking enough water. I upped my water intake and it helped quite a bit. I can still only pump max 2 to 3 oz a day so I always worry about using everything in my very small freezer stash

I know that your body is supposed to regulate milk output with baby needs so that it makes just enough to keep baby fed. I have also heard that during your period, your supply can dip a little. Have you started your period yet? 
With all of that said, my son has recently started fussing at the boob the last couple of days. I only work one or two weekends a month and it just happens that this coming weekend is mine to work. At bedtime, he only ate from one boob (normally he will take both) but he was also already half asleep. I decided to pump afterwards since he's going to need some milk while im at work. Well i only got *maybe 3oz out of both boobs which is a lot less than i have ever gotten. I have a small frozen stash made up of full 5-6oz that i combined out of output from both boobs. 
I have had 2 periods since he was born, 3rd period was due 5/10 but never showed up but im not pregnant. Im pretty sure my son eats more than 3oz in one feeding so im not sure why i wasnt able to get more out (i was pumping for 30 mins)

More water! Also are you taking any allergy medication? It's allergy season and when I take my Zyrtec I notice I get less milk that day, so I've cut it in half and try not to take it if I can manage all day without my eyes swelling shut haha
