Any other moms having a hard time falling asleep?

Anyone else having a heard time falling asleep at night? I'm for sure tired but when I lay down after my son (8.5 weeks old and EBF) is put down I just keep thinking of things I need to do. I don't nap during the day anymore either. Now it's starting to happen after night time feedings too 😭 What tricks do you mind use?

I have this problem too. I've always had issues shutting my brain down to sleep and now it's even worse! I don't nap during the day either so I know I need to sleep once my little one goes down for the night but I have such a hard time shutting down. I'm always remembering things I need to do and making mental checklists. I'm also a super ligh sleeper so I usually wake up when my husband comes to bed and then i have to fight to put myself back to sleep all over again... I'm worse then my baby!

Try reading a book, or doing a project of some sort. My daughter is two and a half months old and some nights I cannot sleep at all, I tried sleeping when she sleeps(not feasible at all). I can nap occasionally but my mind is constantly racing so I look at my never ending to do list and figure out what I can start and would not mind pausing if/when I get tired.

Yes, me. Little one went down at 9pm and I was awake until 3am 😫😫😫
