lightheaded?

The past three days I've woken up being extremely  lightheaded and having a slight headache. I've been keeping up with my fluids pretty good, so I'm not sure if this is just a normal symptom or what?? I will be 12 weeks tomorrow! Anyone else dealing with this?

I've been feeling lightheaded & dizzy for the last couple days also, but I talked to my Dr yesterday and she said it's just because my body is still getting used to being off my Zoloft. So I'm not sure about why you might be feeling this way... your Dr might have some ideas though! Good luck!

I think your body is needing something. A good rule of thumb is to aim for 1/2 your body weight in water in oz. how's you're eating? Are you getting enough rest? While it's *normal* to fill a little dizzy, it is tour bodies way of telling you it's lacking in something
