Morning sickness gone!?

Question

So I'm a little nervous. By the app I'm 7 wks 5 days and yesterday I noticed my morning sickness wasn't really bad like it has been. This morning I woke up and the nausea is pretty much gone.

My last pregnancy I miss carried at 12 wks but had learned then that the baby stopped  growing around 7 and a half weeks. That is how far I am this week.

Im trying not to get upset because I'm not sure if it's happend again since the morning sickness is gone. Maybe everything is okay and I should be happy I don't have to deal with the morning sickness any more.

Has anyone else had this happen? Was everything okay or did you miscarry?

My morning sickness comes and goes and it's very normal for that to happen. I'm almost 10 weeks and have good days and bad days.

Nothing to worry about. Every pregnancy is different!!! You probably feel better a day or two and then comes the symptoms.. or you're  just better.. ether way keep in touch wit your ob/ gyn 😊

I only had it for four days at week 7. I'm almost through week 8 and I just feel ill if I wait too long to eat but dont wake up with nausea anymore. I had no morning sickness with my first pregnancy. They are all different. Morning sickness is terrible and I'm so glad mine was so short lived. Looking forward to getting some energy back at 12 weeks though!

Yes!!! Mine comes & goes. Sometimes when it comes it's just a feeling, other times it's actual sickness. I wouldn't worry :)

Morning sickness will come & go. I was sick from my 4th week till my 8th week. I'm now 10 weeks & my nausea has been coming back slightly but not as severe as it was in the earlier stage. I miscarried my last pregnancy so I understand your worried too. You should invest in at home fetal Doppler, so you can hear baby. I listen to my baby's heartbeat every day just for my peace of mind 😊good luck!

The other day i was freaking out because my boobs werenr as sore as they have trough out the past weeks, i then started feeling pain the next day!! I guess symptoms come and go

I got nausea when I was 4-6 weeks but I only threw up once in my pregnancy. Since 6 weeks I haven't felt nauseous or thrown up (I'm 9wks, almost 10 now) and I'm soooo grateful

Try to relax it will probably come back my sick feeling didn't even start until 7 weeks went away and then come back and it's the first time Iv had it every pregnancy is different, do you still have other symptoms? X
