playing a game?

Ex and I have been broken up for two weeks. He blocked me right after. Yesterday I sent him a text asking him if he wanted me to package all his old stuff and mail it- I didn't even expect the text to go through. But it looks like he unblocked me- read receipt was on so he saw it but didn't reply. Do you guys think it's a game- normally if he blocks someone he doesn't go through the steps to unblock someone. It's fine if he doesn't want his stuff thought I'd ask before I tossed it. I guess maybe he was waiting for breadcrumbs and I guess I gave it to him.
