Help!!

My period was suppose to start last Friday and it didn't. I really didn't think to much of it just because my periods are usually irregular and it happens. So I figured it would start Monday it never came. So I decided to wait it out for this week. During this week I was sick my boobs were sore had bad back pain cramps nausea headache even had a fever. So today I took a PT test and as soon as I peed the test came up positive! A dark line now I'm scared.
