My period is 6 days late today but two HPTs have come up negative. I know some women have lower hormone levels and HPTs don't always pick up on pregnancies right away. Is PCOS possibly tied into this at all? I was diagnosed with it at age 13 and put on birth control to regulate my periods. Haven't had a problem with them in the last 7 years so it's abnormal for me to be this late. I have outrageous heartburn, headaches, slight discharge, large appetite, cramps, bloating, lower backaches, and my nipples were extremely tender for a few days but seem to be ok for now. Any thoughts?
