For two days- three days of my period I get the worse cramps. I have to miss school and can hardly move sometimes I'm in that much pain. It's terrible I do use a hot water bottle, I have 3 types of tablets I take 2-4 times a day ( doctor subscribed) and I'm still in so much pain .. it's got less since the tablets but it still hurts so much the first day . Any good ideas over then what I've done?
