an eventful night

Went to the hospital last night for some spotting. I had lost what looked like what I imagine a mucus plug to look like, and then had some light pink spotting after. I'm 20 weeks so this was terrifying. Spent forever in the ER and had some blood taken. Labs were normal and the baby's heartbeat was 146. They discharged me and all day today I'm still spotting and it's freaking me out. I don't want to go back, I'm not cramping and it doesn't look like a period. But now I'm paranoid and nothing's helping.   -------- I forgot to mention that I called my OB's office this morning. She won't be there until Monday, and I was told since my blood work came back normal, that there's nothing they're going to do right now, and to call back if I have to return to the ER. I've basically been told to sit at home until things get worse.
