Is this spotting from my Pap smear?

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and had a Pap smear 3 days ago at my midwife appointment. I didn't spot that day or the following days. Today I spotted a little. It's just kind of orange ish discharge. I'm not worried. But is it possibly from my Pap smear? I don't have that much discharge on a daily basis. So is it possible that it's just taken 3 days to show up? Or is it something else?
