Lots of things can help with menstrual cramps: a hot bath, hot water bottle, heat pad, paracetamol, ibrupofen, feminax, bananas (high in protien + natural sugars), gentle exercise or lots of sleep... Try to steer clear of chocolate, that can make them worse. I hope you feel better soon. ♡
