If you're trying YES! Drink, not get wasted.. a cup or 2 of wine will RELAX your body and get rid of that extra stress which is a big no no when ttc... don't drink too often though, your man can drink some too, there are MANY cases of couples who "gave up" ttc and just RELAXED and got drunk and ENJOYED sex, and BOOM got their BFP after month's and even years of trying(stressing) so MY advice RELAX, have a cup on wine, maybe 2 and enjoy ylur man without thinking in ttc. Just have fun. 😉

If ur trying to conceive, I suggest forgoing the alcohol.
