Bleeding a little after an ultrasound

Just went the bathroom and I wiped about 4 times an there was some blood on it more then a few drops I don't have cramps an I feel OK is this normal after an ultrasound she had to push pretty hard on my belly to see the baby I'm just worrying something happen....
