So me and a friend from work (we are both girls) became very close and started out by cuddling, then kissing, and doing more. We grew apart cuz things got odd at work for us. Now we are becoming really close again and she always has to be right beside me and touching me when we hangout. She says she's becoming fond of me. I'm always thinking about her. But she's 20 years older than me. I'm not sure what to do! She knows I have feelings for her cuz I make it clear. Any advice?!
