Lactose intolerant in pregnancy
Unfortunately I had a miscarriage about 2 weeks ago, but I've noticed that my eating habits are completely different even after my failed pregnancy. I'm someone who can usually down a bar of cheese and be completely fine afterwards. Or pour twelve oz of milk and drink it with no problem. I know it isn't healthy but I absolutely love almost anything dairy. Anyway after getting pregnant I noticed that I would eat a bowl of cereal right before class, and during class my stomach hurts like I have indigestion and starts making these weird noises that are extremely embarrassing. It got so bad I had to stay home and my boyfriend was so worried for me. My aunt noticed that it only happened when I ate the tiniest thing that contained dairy. We made strawberry shortcakes with whipped cream on top and after that it was over for my stomach lbs. I have a question. Does this lactose intolerance ever go away or does it stay with me until death do us part? lol sorry for the long story. Is there anyone else who's pregnant or was pregnant that had this uncomfortable experience?
