So I am Latina (Puerto Rican) and my hubby is Dominican.. growing up we both never had a routine... and we turned out fine.. in our culture there isn't much of a sleep schedule .. etc so I'm sometimes criticized by family member and they say I'm "strict" because I like to start a bedtime routine or because I feel a certain way about things like watching tv. My son is 11 weeks old.. sooo my question is .. do any of you experience this? Seems like our parents just went with the flow.... I often stress myself because of the "routine"
