Male Hypothyroid?

Hey everyone. Does anyone know if this condition effects male sperm? My husband has hypothyroidism, but has been taking medication to control it for years... Just wondering if it will impact our chances of conceiving?

Thank you for the response! His is entirely controlled with meds (and has been for years). He also has a high sex drive. Is this a positive sign that it won't impact him as much?

As long as it's controlled you should be fine but to answer your question yes it does effect male fertility just as it does female fertility.
