I'm 34 and ttc #1. We have been trying for a few months and I just finished my first cycle with Clomid. My day 21 labs came back with good progesterone levels but today I started spotting, and of course I hoped it was implantation bleeding. Tonight I started bleeding more heavily, bright red. Every month, a few days post ovulation, I have some bleeding, then it stops for a few days before my period starts. I've been tested for pcos and I don't have it. My doctor was hoping the Clomid would clear up the spotting. I thought with my progesterone high enough, it would prevent the spotting, but obviously not. Anyone dealt with anything similar? Could be just that I need a higher dose of Clomid?
