Protein during pregnancy

I don't eat a lot of meat, mostly just chicken and fish a few times a week, and my diet has always worked great for me. However, I don't think I am getting enough protein now that I am pregnant, and I think it's contributing to my constant nausea. I have used whey protein in the past when I needed a boost, and it was great, but I can't get a definitive answer on whether it's ok during pregnancy. Any thoughts? Can anyone recommend a good protein supplement during pregnancy?
