TMI !!!!!!! No graphic image, just graphic details!

Hey ladies, I know I should be contacting a doctor about this and not you ladies but I just wanted to know if this is normal and if anyone else experienced it! Okay so every single time I poop, there is ALWAYS like white pieces and white strings in it along with blood like in this poop 😭 is this something that's like majorly concerning? I'm also 17 weeks pregnant, but my poops been like this for like an extremely long time, I think even before I was pregnant 🤔.
