So you only need to consume about 300 more calories than normal per day when pregnant. So yes, eating weight watchers is fine so long as you factor in a few more hundred calories than normal.

I would check the sodium in them.. I know that when I was in my 3rd trimester, sodium made my feet swell so bad.
