Does your baby use a pacifier?

No judgement, no shaming. We use a pacifier! Idk how anyone couldn't, so props to your baby for calming down lol. My baby's got some lungs and sometimes that's the only thing that'll calm them! Haha

My first LO didn't need one. It was great. My 4 month old started needing one at about a month old. She just needs to suck on something when she's tired. Once she falls asleep, she pops it out and is fine. I was hoping for her not to need one because I didn't want to have something to ween her off of when the time comes, but oh well!

I didn't want to and he really only takes it when he's fussy. He would rather grunt and babble. But when he starts chewing on his fingers I try to five him a tether or a pass. I can take a pass away later easier than his fingers!and everyone thinks it's ok to touch his hands so it drives me nuts when he puts them in his mouth.

Take it only when he fight sleep during the day hah. But he like his thumb better.

My son suddenly one day stopped really sucking on the pacifier would just "chew" it.  So we decided to stop giving it to him and he doesn't seem to mind at all.  It never really would calm him anyway.  That was around 3 months.

My son will only have his pacifier in his crib when he is falling asleep. We also give him a paci in the car, but he is spitting it up after a second if he is not trying to fall asleep haha

He mostly takes it when he is real tired. Or hungry. But he is also teething now so that helps
