what I did differently this time

MT
Hi mommies and soon to be mommies!!!!
I just got my bpf this morning after a chemical pregnancy in March, and wanted to share my story and things that I did this time to get a bpf. Every body is different, and I don't know what exactly got me pregnant. But I figured I would share, in case it helps anyone here. I have been taking multivitamins for many months now, in addition to opk. I don't temp because my ovulation is regular. The changes this cycle were:
1) we used preseed every day during my ovulation week
2) we had sex everyday starting the day that my opk started to get dark (a day before positive opk), until the day after my ovulation.
3) I cut 1 pineapple core into 5 pieces, and ate one piece a day starting the day after my ovulation.
4) Once I got my ovulation, I stopped exercising. I run for 20 min a day in my treadmill, and for whatever reason, I thought that could disturb implantation. So I decided to stop it during my tww
Like I said, I have no clue what helped me, but I think preseed and stopping exercise were important this cycle!
The only symptoms were:
1) I had mild cramps at 5dpo, which is usually when implantation happens. Cramps stopped after that day.
2) I pee more often
That's it! No other symptoms. With my son I only got symptoms after week 6 or 7, so I don't expect to feel anything until later on.
I'm 11dpo, so still early. I hoppppe this little bean sticks!!! Baby dust to all!!!
