I been getting a back pain on my lower back for a couple days now and yesterday it got super worst to the point I was crying because of the pain I try laying down and putting my legs on some pillows but it didn't work and also I tried to put the pillows on back and lay on them it worked for a little but the pain is still there , I am 11 weeks and 5 days , I just don't know what to try anymore, any suggestions?
