when do you start counting dpo

Question

So I had a peak opk reading Friday am, also corresponded with a drop in bbt and some mild cramping, which is usually a sign of ovulation. This morning, bbt spiked above my coverline. Can I assume that I ovulated? If so, does today count as 1 dpo or just day of?

Answer

I do the peak test as day -1, and go from there. So today being Saturday I would say it's 0DPO. But that's me. Good Luck!
