It depends on the person. Some people it helps with mental illness, others it might exacerbate it. Same with aches and pains. Some people have found medical uses, some just think it's fun. It certainly shouldn't be illegal imo and can be way less damaging (socially and physically) than alcohol for example

I wouldn't call it "healthy", (you're still smoking something after all) but it's not likely to cause health problems like other drugs. In my abnormal psych class I learned that it can cause you to become depressed in the long run though.

I think it's perfectly safe, aside from inhaling smoke especially if you do it extremely often. I personally like dabbing more because it's a cleaner smoke/vapor, tastes better, and doesn't make you smell gross. But health wise, I think it's amazing. I use it like medicine and look up strains on Leafly by medical purposes and go from there. Most of all, it keeps my anxiety at bay as long as it's not a strain that causes anxiety. I've even used it to treat headaches and nausea and it helps me eat when I can't, it's just overall great. Plus, have you seen what it can do for more serious health problems? Marijuana is way undercredited.

Well it's a medicine so I'd say so. I know it also helps prevent the growth of cancer, it helps with mental illnesses, eye sight, nausea, headaches and many other things. So pure mirijuana is medicine for the soul. It's also better healthier to eat it opposed to smoke it. Smoke can cause issues but mirajuana itself, Its nothing wrong with it.
