just starting out and need help!!!!! thanks ladies !
Hey ladies ! So I'm 27 and me and my boyfriend have been together for 7 years! We are just starting to try and concieve! I got off birth control April 4th and had my period that same week.
I've been on the pill since I was 16 got off once about 4 years ago and after three months we got pregnant and lost it because of all the stress we weren't ready, but now we are!
This month I tracked my cycle and ovulation, but with me being irrigular from the pill I think I need to give it a month or so to actually know when all ovulating and how long my cycle is.
I used to weight 215 pounds I've lost 65 pounds in the last three years and now with trying to conceive I'm working on my health and eating healthy. I've read you shouldn't run or workout as much when you are ovulating or during the two week wait? What are your thoughts?
Also any tips on how to conceive or thoughts please share ladies !
I am so anxious to start my family!!!
