I have worked at sears fpr almost 7 months, was cool in the beginning now its just horrible. Im the only one in my dept who has to fight to stay on the work schedule. They say its because sales are bad in my dept but the Store Director said we went up by 6% and no other associate has gone weeks with no work. Ive been told by my dept manager that im doing great and she's happy im here but then the overal manager of the shoes, womens clothing and jewerly says My work looks crappy... but I bust my ass working, I come back from 2 week no work and I get down to business. I was suppose to do my two weeks notice but I completely forgot and I feel super unprofessional, I just went and said I've had a great time working here and im sorry for the inconvenience. But I believe you should find someone better fit for this position. I thought I was doing good, but you need someone more efficient. And I thanked her and said I will not be coming in this week because today is my last day... but it feels like hell was lifted off my shoulders. I am going Air Force and I'm very excited to start a new chapter in my life.
