I woke up today with sore muscled and really bad headache and stomach pain, feels like I'm getting the flu. Any tips on a speedy recovery?

I feel the same way! Thought it was strep but have headache, earache, stuffy nose, and a wicked sore throat.woke up feeling so nauseous too.. Ive been taking ib profin 600's. Also If ur throat hurts rinse w. Salt water it literally helped my throat feel a lot better for a bit. Hope you feel better, try to relax & get some rest😊
