No hun all organs should be on the inside and the abdomen should be closed like yours is. It's a defect but extremely fixable with surgery after the baby is born. I've had friends born like that and live normal lives. Try not to stress too much. Did your dr tell you anything else?

It is normal at that stage, it comes out then goes back in. They should be normal at a later ultrasound
