condom fail 😩

So me and my fiancé just had protected sex and the condom broke when he came. We rarely have sex because im always exhausted by the time I get to bed. I have an almost 9 month old. Not 100% sure if i was ovulating. How likely is it for me to get pregnant? And what can I do to prevent it. (Not on birth control makes my hormones go crazy) I already took a hot bath/shower to try to clean it out. Help me out ladies im freaking out
