It looks normal & it can smell sonce it is basically tissue that is decomposing.

Ours did! We cleaned with alcohol and qtip as per pediatrician, but some advise against that now. Ours is a long time family doc and pretty old school. But it dried up quickly and never got infected, we were able to give her a bath soon after. I'd give a quick call over and ask what they reccomend! 😊

Sprinkle lots of medicated powder on it and itll dry it completely up in no time and itll fall off eventually. Theyre are pretty nasty, but theyre decomposing tissue so theyre gonna look and smell like that
