I only get this way during ovulation days. As soon as they are over, my face is back to normal.

Not so much anymore that I've been using moisturizer.
When you wash your face you wash all of the good oils off, so your skin tries making up for it by producing more oil. If you use a moisturizer after each wash, it helps. 
Ponds is a great facial lotion, I recommend it.
