Nervous - HCG Levels

Hi all

I just found out I am pregnant, not sure how many weeks though as my period is very irregular but I think roughly 5 weeks. I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday but got my blood results given over the phone by the nurse yesterday and all she could tell me was that my hcg level was 270. Is that low? Or? I can't help but be nervous, this is my first pregnancy after trying for quite a while.
