They can indicate a spike in heart rate which could mean you are pregnant but the spike in heart rate could be from anything. Medication, allergies, start of a cold, drank too much caffeine, bared down to hard while taking a poop.

So possible but also not a sure thing.

I used my Fitbit my entire pregnancy and it showed minimal difference about my heart rate. The heart rate monitors aren't 100% accurate.

You definitely want to take a test. You also have a high resting heart rate, just saying. Mines usually 54 or 55.
