I wish I knew what baby items my baby is going to actually use!

Im so overwhelmed on what baby items to buy I really dont want to spend money if hes only going to love one thing lol so many things they make for a baby these days (bouncy seat, rocker, rock n play, swing, pack and play, co sleeper, mamaroo, bassinet) what does everyone have so far or plan to get?
