10 weeks and can't keep nothing down....

Hiya ladies I'm 10 weeks pregnant I've been being sick for over a week so my doc put me on anti sickness tablets to help which has help to a certain extent, but I've also got a cough which is making me sick. Can of you ladies recommended anything? Cause I'm slowly breaking I haven't slept for nights and with a outgoing 4 year old it's getting pretty hard xx
