lactose intolerant?

Is it possible to become lactose intolerant during pregnancy? Here lately every time I eat cheese or something with milk it my stomach hurts really bad.

What you eat and drink can affect you differently pre pregnancy and during pregnancy. I was actually the opposite. As much as I loved a glass of milk or some ice cream, I just couldn't tolerate it at all pre pregnancy. Now I'm 22 weeks and I have milk every single day because I crave it and it just tastes so freaking good. Everything changes during pregnancy

I am lactose intolerant..but for some reason it doesn't bother me during pregnancy...I haven't been brave enough to try milk yet though.

Yep. The hormonal changes and the changes to your digestive system cause a lot of things to be different. I couldn't eat fructose or lactose or onion or garlic without a lot of pain before getting pregnant, and thanks to the slowing down of my colon I can eat it in moderation and  be completely okay.

Yep. Dairy is for baby cows not humans so it doesn't sit well in our stomach.  A lot of women find out during pregnancy.
